Shipping policy

Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Rates

Standard shipping is $8.95 and arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Orders of $75.00 and up ship free. Express shipping is $18.00 and arrives in 1 to 2 business days. Local delivery is available in the Dallas Fort Worth area, and the option appears at checkout if your address qualifies.

Processing

Orders are packed and on their way within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery estimates

Transit times begin the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the timing is in their hands.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved in 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email info@tonigraceco.com and we will sort it out.
